ABOUT
Incorporated in 1903 Lostine is a quaint little town settled by G.E. Laughlin in 1878. We are a city cradled in Wallowa County in the heart of the Eagle Cap Mountains with a small population of around 209 people. We are a snap shot of small town Americana along Oregons Route 82. Sitting at an elevation of 3363 feet passersby can stop for a delicious cup of coffee at the Blue Banana, get groceries and supplies at M. Crow and Co. General Store, sit in on a service at our historic Church, browse antiques or simply enjoy the amazing scenery. Surrounded by acres of crops and ranch land Lostine is not very well known around the world but very much loved by its residence.
